Now I'm done with my rant, nice tattoo! Since it has enough meaning for you to have it on you I'll assume you researched enough to know what it's about and you are a Master Mason and know that, Masonically speaking, you can only rock emblems/symbols as at least a 3rd degree.
Crimzen, why would you think he has never been inside that building? I'm a Master Mason myself and have tattoos and MANY of my brothers do as well. The sitting Master in my lodge has tattoos as do all but one of his sitting officers. Don't judge a book by its cover. For all you know he has done more good than you can imagine, he may just be the guy that supported the Blood Drive your loved one needed for a surgery. Maybe he supports the Shriner Hospitals that give children the medical attention they need without charge so the parents don't go in debt trying to take care of their kids. Maybe he supports or even runs your local food bank. We are everywhere and 99.9% of the time go unnoticed for the good we do but rest assured we see what those that haven't been brought to light are doing everywhere around us. And while we are on the subject I can wager that you're not a brother. If you were you would know better and remember what your Level represents. Don't focus on what you perceive as negative instead look for the light, no matter if it's the negative or positive you are looking for you will find it.
